Personal Training

Christina helps people reap the benefits of exercise such as weight loss, increased lean muscle and cardiovascular fitness. She incorporates:

  • Functional movements with traditional weightlifting.

  • Core strengthening and glute activation.

  • The importance of nutrition into overall fitness.

Yoga

Christina helps people increase flexibility and balance, reduce stress and improve sleep. Yoga also enhances self-awareness, emotional health and memory. She offers the following types of yoga sessions:

  • Hatha: dynamic poses coordinated with the breath.

  • Yin: slower-paced poses to work more deeply.

  • Yoga Nidra: guided relaxation for healing and transformation.

  • Meditation: mindfulness practices.

Breathwork

Christina guides people to consciously alter the flow of the breath—a practice which can have profoundly beneficial effects. She utilizes:

  • Pranayama techniques to relax the body and calm the mind.

  • Other techniques to reinvigorate the body and heighten awareness.

  • Conscious Energy Breathing to heal deeply-rooted emotional injuries and self-defeating tendencies—replacing them with increased inner peace and optimism.

Each session includes therapeutic discussion so the breathwork can be customized to the client’s needs.
